Installation requires 300 mb of free disk space.
You must have an internet connection established during normal use that allows the client software to
contact our authentication and authorization server, http://riskapplications.net, via SSL.
As an alternative, it is possible to operate off-line, but additional steps are required to
obtain and enter authentication and authorization codes.
Recommended System Configuration
EZ-FRISK™ runs well on typical computers that run Windows 2000 or Windows XP. The recommended
configuration is:
- Window XP Professional
- 512 MB RAM for multitasking
- 16 or 32 bit color capability
- 1024 x 768 or better screen resolution.
- Pentium IV, 1MHz or better processor
Minimal Low-end System Configuration
EZ-FRISK™ is computationally intensive and has a rich user interface.
You should consider purchasing a new computer that meets the recommended system configuration for
a satisfactory user experience. If required:
- EZ-FRISK™ should run under Windows 98/NT/ME/2000/XP, but is only tested on Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
- 256 MB RAM. Avoid running other programs at the same time as EZ-FRISK™
- 256 bit color capability. Some aspects of the user interface will display in unexpected colors or patterns when
used with less than 16 bit color.
- 800 x 600 screen resolution. Toolbars will have to be repositioned to complete some operations.
- Pentium processor. When running with
older, slower processors calculations will take quite long, and the user interface may appear freeze for extended times.
